Meet Our Founder
Princess Mbanuzue –Elemba is an executive producer and CEO of Beyond Castings and The Production Roadmap, with a portfolio spanning from BET, Revolt, and Peacock to Vice President Kamala Harris.
She began her career as a professional dancer before transitioning into casting and producing for television, film, and major brands. Known for her ability to build strong creative teams and bring culturally resonant stories to life.
Her mission is to turn dreamers into doers by teaching the business of entertainment with clarity, faith, and precision.
